Our Services
A specially designed stamp to accompany your wedding invitation is a unique addition to your wedding scenario. It gives the recipient an immediate feeling of quality and insight into your total commitment.
To have such a stamp produced by a conventional printer would involve set up charges of hundreds or even thousands of pounds and require print runs of many tens of thousands to arrive at an acceptable price for each stamp. Our specialised services enable the stamp to be designed by yourself or even to take advantage of our design service at minimal cost and then have small quantities (as little as 10 sheets) printed and delivered at extremely acceptable prices.
We do not have any standard designs as this would detract from the individuality of the stamp. Should you design the stamp yourself, please refer to the parameters that you will need to observe, these can be found in the options section of our site. If you need any advice or assistance please contact us.

These examples, unlike some in our logo, contain no text, when you design your stamp, or ask us to do so, you may use any image as long as it conforms to the rules of acceptance; which can be found on our FAQ's page, you can include text, as long as it is not offensive and you can also elect to include a border around the image.
Images
which have proven to be popular with our customers recently, include;
- A photograph of the couple, taken when on holiday or the engagement party.
- A photograph of the church or reception venue.
- A photograph of a favourite place.
- An image matching the design of your wedding invitation.
- A photograph of the couple on their wedding day to accompany the thank you notes and cards.

To increase the impact and individuality of your personalised "wedding stamp" we suggest that you cancel these with a Personalised Postmark, the example below gives you an idea of the impact that this can create.
The example, of the personalised postmark below, would be ideal for use when sending out your wedding invitations, if however you envisage making use of your postmark after the event, you may wish to design something more generic. As will be seen in the example, a fixed or variable date is available as an option, there is also a choice of colours that can be used in your personalised postmark.

Your Wedding Invitations and unique envelope could well be kept as a lasting memento by some of your family and friends. If so we would strongly advise you to take advantage of our Stamp Cancelling Service. When sent through the normal postal system the Royal Mail stamps are always cancelled by a machine, this may result in a smeared postmark and also the possible addition of an inappropriate slogan that will certainly spoil the overall appearance of your envelope. To ensure that the postage stamp is carefully hand cancelled by the Royal Mail, we suggest that you adopt the following simple procedure;
- Place your "wedding stamp" on the LEFT hand side of the envelope, this ensures that it will not be defaced by an arbitrary postmark. (as seen in the second example below)
- If you have a personalised postmark, place this over your stamp. (as seen on the illustration in Personalised Postmarks)
- Place the Royal Mail stamp on the RIGHT hand side of the envelope.
- Address your envelopes, it is suggested that you hand write these rather than use computer generated labels, as these take away the individuality of the invitation.
- Send the stamped addressed envelopes to us, securely packed together, we will ensure that these are hand stamped and returned into the postal system for normal delivery.
- Our fee for this service is only £5.00 plus a postage amount equal to that which you will pay to send the envelopes to us.
- There are a limited number of official postmarks available, we can provide you with details these if you are considering this service.
- A final option is to design your own official postmark (not be be confused with your personalised postmark) which will be held by Royal Mail for the purpose of cancelling their official postage stamps. The cost of this option starts at around £200.00, please contact us so that we can advise you further on this option.
